Project Challenge
Design new architecture and system platform that will support company’s growth and strong vision.
Process
The goal for this project was to completely replace the current outdated system (Registration, Payment, Reports, etc..) with new platform that will create more opportunities and varieties of services, set new management standards, affirming current and establish new workflow and automated operational procedures and generating new revenue for CourtSense.
We started the Research phase with an intensive interviewing process with the key stakeholders and system users and conducting SWOT analysis. Gathered insights, along with the Use Case and Workflow analysis, helped us create an extensive Requirement Specification.
For the Prototyping phase we used again High-Res Mockups and Prototype (Axure) and User Interface Style guides were developed.
